The New Zealand Taekwondo Alliance Inc (NZTA) is a newly-formed blanket organisation aimed at promoting, standardising and developing Kukki-Taekwondo in New Zealand.  Affiliated with the World Taekwondo Federation, NZTA was founded by Master Oh, Jin Keun (6th Dan), who holds the position of Technical Director.  All WTF-style practitioners and clubs are invited to affiliate with us, and in return gain access to Kukkiwon-accredited Dan grading, a wide network of club and administrative support and inclusion in New Zealand's fastest growing Taekwondo community.

As well as NZOC association (Master Oh held the position of NZ Chief Instructor for the 2004 Athens Olympics), NZTA includes a wide range of individuals working together to achieve a transparent, structured organisation with the best interests of Taekwondo at heart.  NZTA-affiliated clubs currently cover the upper and middle North Island, and we are always interested in talking to new clubs.  Our goal is to integrate with you, not force you to a mould, and we appreciate and understand the effort involved in maintaining vibrant, growing clubs (NZTA committe members personally instruct more than 10 clubs).
